How to use

Your first clean, step by step

Five minutes from unboxing to your first session. Take it slowly the first time — there is no rush.

  1. Charge it fully

    Charge it fully

Plug the USB cable into the port on the base of the device. A full charge takes around four hours and lasts several weeks of regular use.

Make sure the port is completely dry before you plug it in.

  2. Fit the right cleaning head

    Fit the right cleaning head

Push the head on until it clicks. Use the pointed tip for tight gaps and the flat tip for broader surface staining.

  3. Start on the lowest setting

    Start on the lowest setting

Press the power button once to switch on, then press again to cycle through the intensity levels. Always begin on the gentlest setting — you can work up as you get comfortable.

The LED lights up so you can see exactly where you are working.

  4. Glide along the tooth surface

    Glide along the tooth surface

Rest the tip flat against the tooth and move it slowly in small strokes. Let the vibrations do the work — no pressure or scraping. The smart sensor stops the tip the moment it meets gum or soft tissue.

Never work below the gumline. That is a job for your dentist.

  5. Rinse, wipe and store

    Rinse, wipe and store

Rinse the head under warm water, wipe the body with a soft cloth and stand it somewhere dry. Keep sessions to a maximum of ten minutes.

Always read the enclosed user guide before first use. If you have dental work, gum sensitivity or any concerns, speak to your dentist first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does it work?
The cleaning tip produces high-frequency ultrasonic vibrations. Glide it gently along the tooth surface and those vibrations help loosen and lift everyday surface buildup and staining, so you can rinse it away.
How often should I use it?
For most people one to two short sessions a week is plenty, alongside normal brushing and flossing. Sessions should not exceed around ten minutes.
Which cleaning head should I use?
The pointed tip suits tight gaps and the areas between teeth. The flat tip is better for broader surface staining across the front of the tooth. Both fit the same way — push until it clicks.
Why is the light on but the tip is not vibrating?
That is the smart sensor doing its job. The tip only activates against hard tooth surfaces and stops on gums, lips and soft tissue. Rest it against a tooth and it will start.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. Rinse the head under the tap after each session. Do not submerge the device while charging, and dry the port before plugging it in.
How long does it take to charge?
Around four hours for a full charge. Most people charge it roughly twice a month depending on how often they use it.
Can I use it if I have crowns, veneers or fillings?
No. It should only be used on healthy, natural teeth. Avoid veneers, crowns, implants and any tooth with fillings or repair work, and check with your dentist if you are unsure.
