Refund Policy

If the Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner is not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

This is offered in addition to your legal rights, and does not affect them.

1. Email us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with return instructions and the address within one working day.
3. Send the item back, keeping proof of postage.
4. We refund once the return arrives and has been checked.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns can take considerably longer to process.

Please return the device with all accessories and, where possible, the original packaging. You are welcome to open and try the product — you only need to take reasonable care of it.

If an item is returned with damage beyond reasonable inspection, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

For health and hygiene reasons, used cleaning heads and other consumable parts cannot be returned once unsealed, unless they are faulty.

This does not affect your right to return the device itself.

If your device develops a fault, contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the issue. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full, and we cover return postage.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to this policy.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover it.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the return being received and checked.

Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the funds. If it has been longer than 14 days, contact us and we will send you the refund confirmation.

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will stop it and refund you in full. If it has already gone, simply refuse delivery or start a return once it arrives.
