Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Delivery estimates are working days and begin from dispatch, not from the moment you order.
Your dispatch email includes a tracking link. Tracking can take a few hours to show its first scan — that is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
If tracking has not updated for 3 working days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We can only change an address before dispatch — once an order is with the courier we are unable to redirect it.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order minus any return carriage cost.
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we will either replace it or refund you in full.
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Any duties, taxes or customs charges for future international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
